The power source is four AA batteries, and it is an electronic lock that does not require a power supply. The dedicated app provides two modes: one for administrators and one for residents, supporting the site. ■ Administrator Mode ■ For restoration work, cleaning, and entry during tenant placement, the administrator can issue time-limited keys from the PC app, allowing for automatic history management, eliminating the need for physical key handovers or loan records. ■ Resident Mode ■ Residents can register their own smartphones and IC cards (such as transportation IC cards) with the lock. They can also share time-limited duplicate keys with third-party smartphones.
